Jim Easter, in the top photo, held a News Conferance at the Charlotte Hall VA Clinic to address the need for the VA to assign more Medical Doctors to treat Veterans at the clinic. The clinic has only one Medical Doctor.
In Southern Maryland, Thousands of Veterans are in need of treatment in Charles, Calvert and St. Mary's Counties. They do not have private insurance. Women Veterans need additional care at the clinic.

   I am a Teacher,Parent, Neighbor, Community Actvist, and Army Veteran.  I have been a Charles County resident for over 20 years.  I live in Waldorf and have lived in La Plata. I am the only candidate for State Delegate that lives in Waldorf. We need to bring changes to Charles County that benefit our families and youth.  I believe our working class families are at risk due to our County and State economies and loss of jobs.  We must focus on improving the quality of life in our county.  We must work to balance the State budget and stop excess spending.  I support full funding for Public Safety and Public Schools K-12.  I oppose increases to in state college tuition.  I want every community to be safe for our residents.  We must support local businesses because they create jobs for our citizens.  We must support the local farmers markets.  I am an advocate for the environment; I will fight to continue to clean up the Chesapeake Bay and our local waterways.  I will fight to get better health care for our senior citizens.

We must improve transportation for our citizens to get to and from work. We need Mass Transportation including Light Rail. We need to repair and improve Local Roads using Federal T.A.R.P. funds.

SENIORS - IMPROVE HEALTH CARE

CONSUMER PROTECTION - I will fight to protect Middle Class Families & All Consumers against Fraudulent Lending Practices & Credit Card Abuses by Banks.

The Economy - Reduce the Deficit - stop borrowing and creating endless debt for every American

Environment - Repopulate the Bay with oysters which filter the polution in the Bay
                        Clean Air - Clean Water
                        Save The Bay
                        Go Green - This will create new jobs and help the economy here not over seas


TERM LIMITS - Citizens have Contacted me and they want Government Accountability Through TERM LIMITS.
